Hotel
For groups, we offer special rates, depending on the period. Contact us via the email address info@hotelrichmond.be for more information.
Our hotel has 36 rooms with different types:
- 6 budget rooms (for 1-2 persons)
- 10 comfort rooms (for 2 persons)
- 4 comfort rooms with air conditioning (for 2 persons)
- 14 superior rooms with air conditioning (for 2 persons)
- 2 family rooms (for 2-4 persons)
We only offer rooms with breakfast included. If desired, dinner can be arranged, depending on the group composition and period. We can also make a group reservation at one of the nearby restaurants.
Bar
The bar can be partially or fully rented for your events. It can accommodate up to 60 people. Availability depends on the opening hours. Contact us for more information.
Some possibilities are:
- Meetings for up to 20 people during opening hours, where only drinks will be charged.
- Music performances, lectures, or other cultural gatherings.
- Lunches, coffee tables, birthday parties, etc.
Breakfast Room
The breakfast room, with 50 seats, can be rented for various events.
For meetings, we charge approximately €10 per person, including coffee, tea, water, and biscuits. There is a minimum fee of €100 per group (VAT included).
Other packages with different drinks, pastries, etc., are of course also possible.
Combinations
Combinations of facilities are always possible. Here's an example arrangement for a Monday in low season, without specific prices:
- Simple three-course dinner with two drinks in the breakfast room.
- Use of the bar for a performance (musician to be provided), where only guest consumptions will be charged.
- Overnight stay in a double room with breakfast.
This arrangement can be offered, depending on the period, for up to 50 people.
