You are at the heart of Blankenberge, within walking distance of the beach (400m), the marina and the station.

The rooms of the BEST WESTERN Hotel Richmond provide you the necessary comfort. You have a telephone (direct dial), safe, LCD-TV, radio, hairdryer, toilet, bath or shower and free WI-FI. In addition, our Neo Club rooms have small refrigerators and air conditioning.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2006 and in 2010 the reception was completely renovated and Brasserie Leffe Plaza was opened. In 2012 21 rooms were completely renovated and we can therefore offer 2 new room types; from now one can enjoy in our Neo and Neo Club rooms.

Blankenberge

Blankenberge, the pearl of the Belgian coast, offers a range of activities. You can stroll along the endless beach or the beautiful sea front. Perhaps you prefer to try your luck in the "New Casino" or explore the underwater world at Sea Life Park. Additionally you may go shopping in one of the many atmospheric shops of Blankenberge.

The 3 km long and 350m wide beach and the dunes are very popular with people who love the beach, sunbathing and hiking. People who enjoy an active holiday will also be able to retrieve their hearts to the beach during many activities, as well as in Blankenberge city and surroundings.

Hikers can enjoy the "Fonteintjes", the dune area between Blankenberge and Zeebrugge or the ornithological reserve. Of course, a visit to the Uitkerkse Polders or Lissewege or Damme are worthwhile.

Bruges

The beautiful, historic city of Bruges is only 14 km away. By train or car, you are very quickly in this historic city. After 10 minutes by train you are already on site. Especially for our guests we developed a walking tour in the city of Bruges. This tour was developed by a real Bruges citizen. This gives you the chance to discover Bruges with tips from a resident of this beautiful city. Please feel free to ask for this tour and additional tour information.
